There is absolutely no idea of customer service or common courtesy.

They charged me the same amount for a 30 day prescription as for a 90 day prescription, and nobody bothered to call me to say that I could save money if I had the prescription resubmitted for 90 days. They charged me $112 for a 30 day prescription that would have cost $45 at the retail pharmacy. And, they refuse to accept any refunds. The agent said you can return it but your plan does not allow returns. And if you don't pay, it will go to a collection agency.

I would rather spend more money and deal with a friendly local pharmacy where there is a caring person and a commitment to service.
