You should not have to deal with as many issues as you have experienced with our company. You should not have been treated rudely by any customer service representative or refused your request to speak to a supervisor. I would welcome the opportunity to assist you.
Unfortunately there is an early termination fee if you move to an area that we do not service, however if you are military and moving on PCS orders, we will waive the early termination fee.
