The 3/11/2008 rebuttal to the original report shows the shameless depths that Fatima Formadi of MediPharma will stoop to. Using yet another pseudonym ("Emmanuel"), she is claiming that I performed subpar work and that's why I wasn't paid. Instead of a fantasy, here's the truth: I am an experienced editor who has always been praised by other companies for my work. I edited six highly technical medical manuscripts for her (which requires a Ph.D. to do, by the way). After each, I never heard any complaints and was promised payment for my services. Formadi kept delaying and delaying, promising week after week that payment would soon arrive. Us freelancers recognize this as the typical scammer modus operandi. Freelance editors: stay far, far away from MediPharma. It is a fraud, pure and simple. I am in the process of pursuing legal action against Formadi. She is shameless!

Dear Editor, I was very surprised to read Tim's report on MediPharma. Tim lacks editorial ability. His work for MediPharma was of such a very poor quality that the work was rejected and he was not paid. I hope to be fair to MediPharma, you would give it the same publicity as you gave Tim's. Sincerely, Emmanuel
