My name is Amy Jo Caruso, (((Redacted))). I have multiple sclerosis, ordered medications online through http://www.meds4store.com, followed procedure to order (never did this before), then was called by James Smith, also known as James Miller (shipping manager), who had me go to Western Union to send $489.00. Then was called by him stating there was a mistake, didn't receive the money, sent me to MoneyGram to sent the same amount, which I did, told I would receive the medication the next day at 1:00 p.m. and did not. I called, being told by him that he did not know me, I did not order medications, then would not answer the phone and still doesn't (this was almost a week ago). I have contacted MoneyGram, Western Union, and Ill be contactng the Pittsburgh, PA, FBI office (agent) tomorrow. We live on a $743.00/month income, sold furniture to get these medications, and now do not know what my husband and I are going to do financially. I know this was ignorant and desperate and other words for me to have done this but I was despierate. My multiple sclerosis has now gotten bad due to the stress of all of this and I am so upset, depressed and yes, mad as I feel so violated from this. I do not want anyone else to go through this. If anyone can call me and help me I sure would appreciate it at (((Redacted))), I do not know what else to say other than HELP!
