So, let me get this straight: You sold policies to people that had little or no issues but cost more. You sold policies to other people who paid less that had issues. I do not get it. It is Mega's fault that you sold a cheap plan with little coverage? You sold the policy not the company. Mega does not sell policies. The agents do. Let me tell you a story: A few months ago, my car insurance company sent out a letter that with increasing rates, there were ways to save money. Give them a call. When I called them, they told me that I could reduce coverage on a few things, like since I have a second car, maybe I do not need the rental car coverage if I was in an accident and was waiting on repairs. Maybe I wanted my general liability to be reduced from $500,000 to $250,000, etc. Same thing here. Mega gives people the ability to structure a plan for what they feel that they need. But what you pay for is what you get. If you pay more money for a plan with more coverage then you will have more coverage. If you pay less then you get less. Don't blame your reputation on the company. If you were as good as you say you were then you knew when you left your customers' house if they were in good shape or not.
