I don't think you read my complaint very carefully. In my first line I stated I sent a letter. "I sent them a letter late last summer, and followed up with an e-mail in September." But I appreciate the polite response and the tip about faxing. I will fax the new letter I'm sending in the morning before I send it and the duplicates off to Melaleuca and the other places.

If you carefully read the paperwork you signed, (not even too carefully, right near the signature line, it's plain as day) that you may cancel at anytime by mailing (no faxes accepted) a letter to Melaleuca. I've done it 4 times in the past 7 years whenever I decide I don't want to place an order ..works everyime. Great company. Anthony, NJ PS: Even though it reads "no faxes", I've always successfully cancelled via fax.
