bj, you offer no evidence for your claims. Of course Melaleuca has a policy! Every company does! If a customer/member doesn't read the policy it's not Melaleucas problem! By signing the application for membership, as is with ANY company, signing implies that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of the policy. You said: "Some enrollers even forge their new enrollee's signature on the Melaleuca agreement forms without the enrollee's knowledge of what they are agreeing to." Proof? Evidence? Who? If this happened to you, you should report it to Melaleuca, your lawyer and the police! I've never heard of ANYONE forging signatures on Melaleuca's forms. Melaleuca doesn't want dishonest people associated with its good name, and it's unfortunate that some people are trying to do this business with little or no idea about how to do so! Sorry you had a bad experience, but truly, Melaleuca is a great company with great products. EVERY new member needs to be aware of the agreement they sign and NO Melaleuca representative can physically hide this from you, because it's PRINTED CLEARLY ON THE BACK OF THE FORM!
