If you sign up with this compnay, expect to be a member for life. Canceling your membership is almost impossible. I called to cancel, and the girl I spoke with said she could suspend my account, but to cancel I had to fax in a form, which I did. 

Now I'm getting harassing phones calls claiming my account is not canceled. When I tell them I both called and faxed, they tell me that the fax might not have come through, and that's why I was supposed to call and ask if they got my fax. I was never told I had to follow up on my fax.

My personal opinion is, they don't even have a fax machine, because they have no intention of letting you cancel your membership. The only way I could stop them from charging my credit card was to cancel the credit card. Now I have to deal with harrassing phone calls.

I have a surprise for them. The next time they call me, I'm going to turn the call into a phone sex call. I'll start by asking them what they are wearing, and it will get more obscene the longer they stay on the line. I can't wait for the next call.

At least admit you work for the company. Don't pretend your a do gooder just trying to explain "how things work". The fact is, they will not let you cancel the membershipt without jumping through their hoops. I finally called the BBB and reported them. The calls have stopped. 

You should NEVER have a problem canceling a service, unless the company is corupt, like Melaluca. A legitimate company will not try to bully you into placing orders for something you don't want.

I am hearing all these stories about people canceling their Melaleuca account. Or they ripped them off on products, or you got charged too much for products. Please people..it sounds like to me you didn't even bother to learn about the company the right way.

When you buy product and it is the first time, you are paying a membership fee, you buy products, in the end before it is shipped to you, there are taxes first of all..or did you forget??  Also there is shipping and handling charges...did you forget about that????  So that's why it adds all up. You see a price and to tell you the truth thats all you saw...because your blinder were on and didn't bother realizing the truth of the matter.

Those of you who want to cancel, if you had a brain in your head, and learned about your Melaleuca site, and where everything is, you would have seen all you do is go to a certain page and HIT CANCEL. And that's it. It isn't that hard. Your making your own problems because you called the company. And because they didn't do what YOU wanted, they are SO HORRIBLE now...OMG!!!

There is no cancelation fee either. I have no idear where all of you got that idea from too.

People who are giving Melaleuca a bad wrap are the type of people who don't pay attention during an overview, didn't pay attention or bother to get the training properly. Or ASK for help to be trained properly. You didn't reach out to ask questions. You probably didn't bother to do any of the training videos, because you all knew how to do things without the 28 yrs experience Melaleuca has. You just thought YOU didn't need it. All of you who have gone thru all of this tells me that you never paind attention, learn, not coachable, teachable or learn the products the right way. Or didn't even know one d**n thing about running an at home business to begin with.

So if you have to put them down, look in the mirror first and see what you did wrong first before you keep pointing the finger. Make sure you have your ducks in line before you make judgement. Also if this is how you are with an at home business that you feel did you so wrong, I feel bad for you if you are working out in the real world. I wonder how many employers have you aroked for in your life time that you think did you wrong and didn't know a d**n thing about their own business. Because you thought you knew more than them.

Those of you have left, you never would had made or been good business partners or team members to begin with if this is how you act about the littlest thing that went on in your life with Melaleuca. EDUCATE EDUCATE EDUCATE!!! And it seems to me you don't and didn't bother and still don't know how!
