I was able to quit with Melaleuca quite easily! I wrote ONE letter expressing my desire not to be involved with them anymore. No runarounds, no excuses so I don't know how you contacted them why you had such a problem. My letter was sent regular snail mail, no delivery confirmation, no priority post or any way special but they got it. When I called them within the week to confirm my cancellation all that was said was yes, they got my letter, yes I was no longer a customer and could they help me with anything else. And guess what? A few months later I signed back up!
