On January 27, 2020, I placed an order with Melanin Inc, for a shower curtain, order number 36497. Two weeks later, I received an email from Keisha Brooks thanking me for my order and requesting a review of the product. I replied that I would love to review the product, but I haven't received the merchadise yet. She in turn, sent me an email, with tracking information and said my order was on the way.
I reviewed the tracking information which stated that the package had been delivered to the addressee in FT Collins, Co on a date prior to my order date. This information was not my information. I live in Georgia. I emailed Keisha, and informed her that the information that was sent was not the information for my package and fowarded her my order number and ask that she check on my merchandise.
On 2/16/2020, I received an email with tracking information from CJ Package, tracking number CJPAY7120073706YQ. I checked the tracking number and it does not exist. After researching this company, I have seen many review on instagram of her business stating that they have placed orders and have never received the merchandise. This company has 41 complaints on the Better Business Bureau, and has an F rating.
