Over the course of the last few months, my team of associates and I have been working on a Green energy project. Naturally, we were also looking for financing for our project and were introduced, telephonically to Mele Gabales of
Mele asked us for an Executive Summary to see if we might qualify for her fund under their funding guidelines. We prepared a short summary and submitted it. After reviewing it, she was quite impressed, stating WOW!...you are just what we have been looking for. Naturally, at this point we begin to get excited.
Mele asked us to prepare and submit and complete business plan, but wanted our Financing Request Amount in advance of the business plan. We worked tirelessly for about 3 weeks to prepare the documents and submitted a preliminary plan seeking $60 million in initial financing. Mele immediately sent then plan back, stating that they only reviewed plans in excess of $100 million, and asked that we expand the plan to show a need in excess of $100 million. My team and I got to work negotiating additional properties to develop and additional Power Purchase Agreements in accordance with our projects so that we could theoretically sell out of the production of our plants. We resubmitted our plan, showing a funding need of $101 million. Mele returned that plan yet again, stating, that her group was so excited about our plan and work that they had set aside $350 million for our projects and wanted us to expand the plan yet again to encompass this budget and offered an inside tiptheir fund was looking for us to show more of an international scope and vision, as our initial plan was to develop domestically first.
Now we were extremely excited, I and my team set out to negotiate additional plant expansions and location expansion both domestically in the
When our business plan is finally completed and ready for submission showing a use of funds for $356 million over he course of 3 years, Mele Gabales, now with the ball clearly in her court, tells us that she and Victory Capital, Ltd., cannot proceed due to the fact that we are TOO broad in scope and that their initial interest was in a domestic corporation and not one with an international scope, in direct conflict with what Mele Gabales clearly told us after our initial submission and requested that we change the focus internationally.
Obviously, this made us more than a little suspicious and quiet nervous so we began to look further into Ms. Gabales and Victory Capital, Ltd. In our initial conversations, we were not given Meles last name, despite constant requests for it. It tool a threat of legal action against one of her representatives, we discover that Mele Gabales is a wedding planner in Santa Barbara, CA and a former VP of Sales for a long host of failed penny stock companies that seem to always have the same players in the scams.
The woman and her band of conspirator con people wasted months of our and others time, tens of thousands of dollars of our money and hung us out as fools.
Mele Gabales, from my estimation can hardly afford the gas in her car, let alone a $350 million investment.
Run from Mele Gabales and Victory Capital, Ltd. (at least the phony Victory Capital).
PS: When we finally reached the Victory Capital, LTD. In
