Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was hired to find candidates for Neil Hernandez.  He sent me over a simple request to find experienced bookkeepers for a job in Mesa AZ.  He offered to pay me a flat fee via Paypal within 24 hours (fee was $29)  for each candidate I forwarded to him with bookkeeping/administrative assistant experience, in fact the job title was; "Office Administrator/Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper" this was the title Neil said to use.

I spent hours posting jobs, and interviewing candidates then filling out an extensive mandatory information sheet.  AFTER I submitted the candidates then he told me that the job was posted on a spread sheet and other candidates had been submitted and that I was to check that specific page before interviewing anyone.  One candidate I interviewed turned out to be on the spread sheet, but again, he gave me no training to inform me that there were duplicates or even that other people were working on the job at all.

When I initially recived the job order, it looked as though I would be the ONLY person looking for candidates.  If I had known he had 6 other people doing the same work for $29 an applicant, and that there was a possiblity of duplicants,  I would have turned him down.  The other candidate I  pre qualified and sent him he said was over qualified because she had mostly Office Adnimistrative work-which by the way was the title of the job description.AFter I found her and interviewed her, he sent me an addendum to the job description saying the candidate must have MORE bookkeeping than administrative assistant experience-that was NEVER in the job original request-but rather an addendum to his original order

Whenever I asked questions he said he was busy and acted annoyed to be bothered.  There was literally NO job training whatsoever just a bonbardment of email messages-many that were poorly formatted and made no sense what so ever.  When I asked for clarification he replied he was sorry, but he was too busy to answer me.

When I asked to get paid he replied "no, stop emailing me."

I hope this rip off reports warns recuriters everywhere NOT to work for this man.  He hires people to duplicate work and then doesn't pay them while he makes thousands of dollars (the average recruiting commission is 20%, so he would be making around $10,000 from the admnistrative assistant/bookkeeping job placement that he refused to pay me $29 per applicant for).

No one wants to work for FREE.  Recruiters beware, steer clear of this company-note the website is a FREE WIX site-he doesn't even have a regular paid website and has supposedly been in business for many years.

I was skeptical at the beginning, wish someone had clued me in.

#2UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Fri, June 17, 2016

We have been around since 2008. Since then we have have had lots of satisfied recruiters and clients. I'm sorry that she was not one of them. We do our best to satisfy them all but apparently in this case that was not met.

The commenter in the report obviously was not happy with what happened. She was assigned to a project that had clear objectives. She did not send a quality candidate and therefore did not get paid. She wanted to get paid for producing a candidate that was not qualified.

All I know is that we operate in an ethical manner. We never ask for money of any kind. We always pay on time and we have lots of satisfied customers. We hope we can show through our actions every day.
