Melrick Equity Partners Erik Barlow Aquisition Rep Atlanta Nationwide
There is already a report and I had same experiance.
You went through an online taped training which sounded very legit for acquisition rep for investment properties.
I registered and paid my 100 for background report.
I did several days of work making phone calls and sent in several hot leads.
I called and reached Erik once and he said he would follow up.
From then on, I called repeatedly after I had done the work and nothing. No answer to emails, no one answered phone, and no answer to messages.
I actually was excited to have some hot properties but sad to say, I believe they are only in it for the background check money which I am sure they get a lot of. I really thought the rent to own was legit. I see the rebuttals and saw their write up on this site previously but believed Erik. Don't pay for the background check or bother answering craiglist ad. It is sad they prey on people out of work like this.
