Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Two weeks after submitting my credit card info to this company for automatic payment for BJJ, fraudulent charges began showing up in Houston, Tx.  My credit card company found the charges and cancelled the card.  I did not realize this was where the breach in security was initially.  I spoke with BJJ and they stated they were being paid and there was no problems or MBS, Inc. would contact them.  Five business days ago and one month after the card was stolen I got a call from MBS, Inc.  saying they had assessed me $45 in fee's and I had to either pay them or be sent to collections.  I asked why neither me or the business had been notified and they said they didnt have to notify me when assessing charges.  I said I wouldn't pay and wanted to speak to management during two phone calls.  I was never able to talk to the manager because they said he wasn't in.  Two business days ago the account was sent to collections and I was assessed an additional $25 charge.  So in less than two months using this company my credit card info is stolen, fraudulently used at a walmart in Houston, and Im assessed $70 in fee's without any notification to me or the business that hired them to do the accounting.  All without ever getting to speak to a manager.

I have going through with them also...I'm school owner trying to get divorce from them.

They never let us know that the company was not Winmars any longer....All our students signed up with Winmars and not with MBS!

Martial Arts Management Systems, changes to Winmars, Winmars changes to SMS WinMars which then changes to Strategic Management Systems, then after being sued closes and reopens as a Delaware Corporation as Membership Billing Systems/Services. Same tactics when caught or sued they just close, file bankruptcy and reopen under new name. Consider yourself lucky you got your money back, most don't. All of this can be found on the internet.

This issue is no longer an issue.  I received compensation and management spoke with me.  Once the upper management was aware of the situation they handled it courteously and professionally.

This individual has not written anything to the President at all and has clearly misrepresented this complaint. He does not even leave his name so we know who he is which is strange. I leave his written word as evidence that he is less than cooperative and certainly has no basis for his complaint. Any reader is encouraged to contact the school he mentioned who has had high praises for this firm. Remember, there are always 2 sides to every story and we need not interact with someone who has fabricated a complaint and then is ashamed to leave his name so help can be given. However, the fact is that he cannot produce one letter that was delivered to the President NOR any proven delivered email.

I already wrote an email to the company on their own website, called the support staff on Nov. 16 and Nov. 19, and the owner of Cavalo BJJ spoke to them as well.  Im not going to spend one more penny on this company in the form of a stamp.  If they had emailed me back asking for details within 24 hours like their website said they would last week, then management would have got more information.  They could also respond to the Better Business Bureau complaint I made to them, or just call me back in the first place like I requested their management do on the 19th.  Instead of calling me back, emailing me back, or answering my complaint though, they sent the bill to collections without any further communication.  So I paid cash to the owner of Cavalo BJJ since I dont want this company having my credit card information anymore, and have left feedback for them on several sites.  The stolen credit card information has been available from the beginning, but the management said it wasn't their problem over the phone and they haven't wanted any proof of it up until they realized their was a public rating of their business.

If in fact your card was stolen and were charged fees, then I would suggest writing a letter addressed to "President". As long as you are clear in what happened, provide date of contact and who you spoke with, it is NOT the policy of this company to engage in the charging of fees unfairly.

If you do that; if any fees were received; and your claim is verified, this firm would refund any fees and formally reprimand and re-educate any staff member who followed policy too strictly. Unfortunately, in this business, a large number of customers do not take responsibility for the handling of their own accounts and cause their own fees.

Thus, if you can help us by sending the above letter, we would be pleased to assist you and rectifying any legitimate problem you encountered. On behalf of the company, we apologize for any inconvenience.
