I subscribed to this website because they promised unlimited access to criminal records searches. I have only been able to pull up phone records, and only half of those have been correct. I have sent an e-mail to the support people and I have yet to get a response to my issue. There is no phone number to contact them, so I have to wait until they contact me. I requested a refund but didn't get a response from that either
