Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to a pattern of complaints. Although the company has resolved some complaints, there are still existing unanswered complaints. The company has failed to correct the underlying reason for the complaints. The complaints allege credit card charged with no delivery, items missing from order, defective merchandise received, extreme delay in shipping and delay in providing requested refund/credit.

Above is text copied from the Better Business Bureau website since it covers most all of what I experienced. Specifically I was shorted parts on my order and it took a couple of months to try and get what I ordered but they just could not get it right. I sent the incorrect parts back in good faith and just asked for a simple credit back on my Visa card. So far more than a year later my many attempts to resolve this matter directly with the owner have failed. I have been lied to with empty promises and it appears that Mr. Leo Friedman just does not believe that he has to provide a product or refund after he takes your money. From the BBB report it looks like he likes to do the same to many customers.
