MemorySuppliers.com Removed discount code and processed a charge I did not authorize Northfield Internet
I ordered 2 sticks of memory for memorysuppliers.com with a 15% discount code I received from a friend. I went through the site picked out my goods, and ordered it. I still have a confirmation page stating a $83 charge.
Today I looked at my credit card charges and seen I was charged $98 instead of the $83, and upon calling their support line I was informed that a manager named Natalie removed my discount code and went ahead and process the larger charge on my credit card without informing me. I checked out the discount code and it is applicable to memory, in fact the word memory is right there in the code itself.
The support rep couldn't help me, and said I would have to wait for the manager on Monday. This wouldn't be a problem but now my account is $1 overdrawn and is going to incite a non sufficient funds fee.
STAY AWAY from memorysuppliers.com, there are a few others on here that have had bad experiences with them, and now with a fraudulent charge to my account, I hope to steer any other consumers away from them.
