Sorry about what happened to you Brenda!But that the way Menards running their business.Menards corporate leaders always in hiding from the public.So,all their employees they do whatever they want to the customers, and does not how dirty they do, Menards leaders never care! All they care is you bring your money to their store. And if something happen to you causing by their employees. Who care!Your voice never be hearded by them. I Hope the world will know your story and stop going to any Menards stores.

Brenda I find it extremly hard to believe that all of this injustice occurred and that there was this huge conspiracy to arrest and charge you with a crime. I think you probably did some things that resulted in being charged with a crime as your commentary makes no sense and contains wild accusations and circular logic. Should all of what you described to you actually happened as you say, then any attorney would be happy to sue the pants off of Menards. I suspect though that there's an entirely different side to this convoluted story of yours.

Everything done in that store in on security camera (my sister used to work at that store). Have your lawyer call them and demand a copy of the security tape of the incident, as there is a good chance you could pursue this legally (if what you stated happened as told). Do it quickly, as they could be erasing that tape already to protect themselves!

I did not lose respect for the police that night. I gained more. A police officer would have taken at least an assesment of the situation. the situation would never had reached that point. That night the Police had no idea of this mess. Just thought I would make that clear.
