Not only does Muncie have a large diverse racial base...Menards requires that the delivery and merchandise be paid for before it either leaves the store or in the case of a C.O.D., before the driver unstraps. With-holding payment is virtually impossible unless you stop payment on a check or file a fraud complaint with a credit card company. Both of those situations are difficult to do quickly and in some cases can result in the customer facing theft or fraud charges. I work at a Menards store less than an hour from Muncie and we have NEVER had any complaints about our drivers race, sex, sexuality etc....As far as breaking the contracts...prove it in a court of law with a lawyer. You signed it and you should have read it before you did, if you didnt I'm sorry.

Sorry but you are blamming the company for the actions of a building materials or store managers short comings. I used to be involved with the delivery service in Minot ND and I understand that the contract can be misinterpreted by both parties. You are right in your claim that you are wrongfully being told who you can hire. If you employees cannot communicate to Menards customers because of a language barrier then I feel its justified but if it is over a skin color thing, then I know that corporate Menards would not stand for that kind of behavior. Before you damage Menards and their Associates good name you should call Menards Corporate and discuss the issue with them. Thanks.
