In response to contacting a department manager or store manager at the yorkcille Il menards store. They simply were of not help whatsoever. In fact the dept. manager was so very rude I went to the head manager. and still to no avail. They dont have the item, try another menards. So the best thing to do is not shop at menards. So to solve the problem the only solution is not to shop there. Rick Leland il ((( ROR REDACTED LAST NAME FOR SECURITY PURPOSES ))))

Lelad, I am sorry to read of your experience at Menards In Yorkville. My suggestion is to seek out the department manager immediately. Menards is in business to service it's guests, not to upset and disappoint them. If you are not successful with a department manager then please ask to see the store manager. Either one of these two individuals will do whatever they can to locate the products for you. I hope this message helps.

I got a rain check from the menards in joliet after checking there and yorkville for a 15'x42" pool they advertised at the beginning of June. I have been calling many stores every week to see if they have one in, bt even though their computers say they do when people in other stores check them, they really don't. Why would menards put something in a sale ad that they don't even stock in ANY store in a 35 mile radius? I e-mailed them today to ask them this question and haven't even received an automated response that they've received my e-mail. By the way, other companies have plenty of these pools: k-mart, wal-mart, target. It seems like menards just wants to get you into their store with a good price on something you want, but it's not worth their while to actually carry it and give you the deal.
