Hello Friends and Fellow Investors,

If you are looking to change your life thru real estate then avoid Peter Conti's Protege program. It is a complete joke.

I attended a 3 day intensive training seminar this year. It should have been called Intensive Selling (IS) instead of Intensive Training (IT). It was a day and a half of selling and a day and half of training. Conti has a system in place called the IOS, Instant Offer System.

During the training he uses this same system on his coaching students over and over and over. He attempts to sell you one package after another during the 3 day event at a cost of $ 5,000 per package. He also attempts to have you purchase his commercial mentoring program at a cost of, get this, $ 60,000. He will give you a copy of his book. Then in the next breath attempt to have you purchase a package at how much, $ 5,000 each.

With all the money he attempted to extract out of his students how will there be any money left over to actually start your real estate investing. The coaches were more concerned with staying on schedule then they were with answering the questions the students had with filling out the paperwork.

After I complained vociferously they agreed to give me my money back. They told me I was not a good fit for the program. Funny thing, when they took my $6000 I was told that I was an excellent fit for the program. Now all of a sudden I am not a good fit for the program. After they agreed in writing to give me my money back they claimed I violated the agreement and that they would not pay even though they have been asked by my lawyer for proof of this alleged violation.

During the IS Peter Conti himself said and I quote "I have heard that some of you think I am only about the money, I am here to tell you that is completely untrue." This coming from a guy who was only interested in taking as much money as possible from his best students.

If you sign up for this program he want 50% of your first 2 deals. Conti will not fund the first 2 deals for you. He wants you to do all the work, take all the risk, and he gets half the reward. If you make $100,000 per first 2 deals then you just gave away $ 50,000 profits to this shark for a total of $ 100,000. This to pay for a course he initially attempts to charge you $ 20,000 for. In essence, you could pay 5X more for the Intensive Selling then if you purchased it outright on your credit card.

Buy his book, read it several times. You will get more out of the book then you will ever get out this total waste of your precious time, hard-earned money on this totally self-serving mentorship program.
