I have reported Mentor Financial Group here before last year when realized that Ive been scammed and failed to deliver what they promised. The other day I was googling real estate investment and trying to see if mentor group would come out as another entity, and yes they did! If you look and googled Peter Conti, mentor group and and "finditandfundit.com is one internet company. So beware, because they may use the same tactic and same way to make people sign up, promise that you will make real money and loose them like what happened to me.
