There was a mis-understanding and since I filed the original report I want to make it clear that this company is professional and they do represent Mercedes. They refunded my warranty money and handled this very efficiently and prefessional. Steve Freidrech was who he said he was and another rep named Kyle was very helpful to resolve this refunded for me. They never intended to NOT refund my money, just mis-understood.

AFter a mis-understanding I was contacted by Kyle of APC and he worked dilingently to get my refund started. I am being re-imbursed by this company and they have handled this very professionally. They DO represent Mercedes of Miami and have confirm this. This report deserves a correction and consumers should know they are a good company and Steve Frederich did not mis-lead me and was professional. They said they told me I would be refunded although I do not remember this, because I understood something else. Bottomline, they do treat consumers with respect and do what is needed to make customer happy.
