Mephrules - Ebay ripoff, scam artist, fraud Kingston Pennsylvania
1. Bought a phone on e-bay. I contacted sprint to activate the phone and they told me that there is a ballanced owed $348.95 from the previous owner and that they could not turn it own until the bill was paid.
2. I emailed the seller and this is what he said in a return email.(umm there shouldn't have been... i guess you can send it back and ill refund your money? this has never happened before.)
3. (note he said "i guess you can send it back and ill refund your money) i guess. (and he calls himself a business man.
4. He said to that he would only refund half the $14.95 shipping charge. (why only half)
5. Now I'm feeling that I have been scamed and contacted paypal to resolve this.
6. He emails me back angry and said that paypal froze his accunt.
THIS SELLER IS A REAL TURD, THERE IS NO WAY THAT I WOULD BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME
IF HE HAD OFFERED FULL REFUND, THERE WOULD NEVER HAD BEEN A PROBLEM
