I'm receiving letters from a collection agency called mercentile adjustment bureau. They claim to be collection for a pseg utility bill but their letters are not addressed to any individual. I've lived at my home a year and confirmed with the utility that I have been current. I'm highly suspicious of this otherwise random letter to collect 73 dollars without referring toto me by name. I'm not going to be paying this and bribing it in to the police.
