Merchandise Direct double shipped and charged for order of aqua globes Wallingford Connecticut
A set of aqua globes had been ordered sometime around CHristmas 2007. Now on Good Friday March 2008 not only did one shipment come, but a double shipment arrived. With NO phonenumber the company is unreachable. There was also NO INVOICE in the boxes so the order(s) can not be verified on my end. Although the address labels do say 'Return Service Requested' hte postal service doesn't want to take the boxes UNLESS I PAY for the returns! Talk about adding insult to injury!
