about two weeks ago i recieved a pouch, i didnt order. the pouch didnt have a customer phone number are e-mail address. i didnt order anything from this company. today is 4/5/08 and i recieved the same pouch again. which i didnt order. this company wants $9.95 to cover return postage and handling for something i didnt order .

There is a US Postal Regulation about the consumer getting to KEEP unsolicited merchandise if you didn't order it. The same thing happened to me. I was sent a copy of a really neat cookbook. I sent them back but they still kept billing me for it and threatened to ruin my credit. I trashed their letters because I hdan't ordered it and I contacted my credit reporting company to advise that they were trying to screw me over. About a year later, I was sent a copy of the same book, this time UNSOLICITED as well. It sure looks nice on my bookshelf.
