I was considering working with Merchant Funding Solution, but the employee comments alone are plenty to scare me away from them. Every single one of them contains at least one typo, multiple typos, lack of proper capitalization, or have been typed in all capital letters. Regardless of the employee's native language, I expect absolute 100% precision when it comes to an organization handling my money. If they can't type 3 lines without making an error, I certainly cannot trust them to handle my funds properly.
To make matters even worse, the employee comments are extremely unprofessional in that they attempt to justify their errors by making excuses. This is a company I definitely would NOT want to work with.

I do not believe you to be a small business owner (consumer of this company). I believe you to be an employee within this company trying to help this company from the reputation that it is receiving. I believe that you are lying for this company to try and save face but I hopefully with the help of others that have experienced the same issues with this company can come together and stop you from doing this to anyone else. I would like to offer anyone who is willing to stand with me to get as many people as possible together and start a class action law suit to put an end to these unjust acts- in my opinion THEFT!

I am a business owner of a Mexican restaurant. I was very nervous to send any of my information to this company after reading the comments here. But after speaking to one of the representatives I decided to give it a try. Today I did receive the money that I needed for my business.I was treated in a very professional manner and everything that was promised to me was delivered. I read the comment about the broken English , and I just want to say as someone who was born in Mexico and does not have perfect english I take offense to that comment. Just because I have an accent does not make me a bad person. If anyone asks me about Merchant Funding Solutions and the way I was treated , I will always give them a good reference

I think if we were to get together and make a legal claim we might have a better chance of rectifying many of these wrongs that have been obviously done to many good people just trying to make it in the small business world. It is very sad that this company has managed to take advantage of so many decent, hard working men and woman and have possibly taken away any chance they had in making a difference in their future.

Another victim, Hard working americans getting it stuck to them and nothing seems to be done about it.BBB has done nothing to help me in my case with them.
I had a guy call me last week that worked for this company last year and said he no longer works for them and is working in up state new york now and is working for another company and wants to help my business get funded no way.I payment go's into your account when ever they want to and take monies out and you call them they always have a good excuse why they took it.
Just last week they took $94.00 out of my business account and I don't even bother calling them to fined out why anymore as they have excuses and they don't give it back anyways. And as far as the BBB they call me and want me to connect my business with them as far as i'm concerned their no better as they get $400.00 to $500.00 a year to have a plaque on your wall to say your affiliated with them and what do they do for you.Consumers see their symbol with a company and think it's alright to do business with them.Do your homework before you dive into anything and if you don't understand what your reading pay a few dollars and go see an attorney,it will save you in the long run.We need more people to speak up about this so called company and try to stop them from ruining anymore small business's from going into the hole and closing their doors.
And as far as this women having almost the same problem as me keep fighting them hold your head up and watch how you spend your monies as your going to need every dime you have,as they will be in and out of your account and you will not be able to stop them, and what ever you do don,t block them from getting into your account as thats breaching your contract and it will cost you $300.00 to $600.00.

I too have almost the same exact issue with this same company. I was told almost the same exact things in order to get me to switch my processing company over to Merchant Funding Solutions processing company. I am now (and have been for months) trying to recover monies that have been taken from my account and continue to be taken. I have spoke with three different people from the company and am given the run around on a regular basis - am asked about my situation and told that they will contact me back and they never do. My last contact effort was today 12-17-2012 I am hoping that if enough of these are filed that maybe someone can help and rectify the situation. This is aweful to do to someone especially a brand new small business with NO capital to start with, so every bit of my finances are needed to keep my doors open and I don't know that my company will still be in existance in the upcoming year. Any questions, comments or help you can contact me via email at [email protected] - please put RIPOFF in the subject line. Maybe together we can stop this from happening to others.

CONTRACTS SHOULD BE CAREFULLY READ! CLIENTS RECEIVE CALLS INQUIRING AS TO WHETHER THEY HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING ANY OF THEIR PAPERWORK. CLIENTS ARE SENT A CONTRACT BEFORE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING.
IT IS TRULY SAD THAT ONE WHO CANNOT WRITE A CLEAR AND CONCISE LETTER IS CRITICAL OF "GOOD ENGLISH."
I AM PROUD TO BE IN THE EMPLOY OF MERCHANT FUNDING SOLUTIONS LLC. I DEAL WITH CLIENTS IN BUSINESS IN THE SAME MANNER THAT I WOULD LIKE TO BE DEALT WITH.

To whom ever sent this, most of my transactions were over $2000.00 and your info dont match the other 3 clowns.First off no one told me to call anyone to stop anything with my other processing company and was also told by tom and steven to change companys to get a lower rate so ipayment could collect there payments as i swipe credit cards and was also told by steven clarkens that i would be funded by jan and i was'ent. And i was not told to do 15 transactions amonth untill i was told by joe i was'ent going to be funded and whats the differance between 15 transactions to make $2000.00 or one to make $2000.00 and joe could not give me a answer on this. And you need to read all the paper work as steven clarkens signed papers for wells fargo and i called them and they told me they do not fund money this way i have had car loans from them in the past. And i also have taped every recording talking to every single one of these clowns so dont even try to protect this rip off company as you know everyone reads this stuff and they will not be calling yous for funding so thats why yous keep writting me and yes i turned you in to the bbb and their cking into this.Im so sorry if im trying to stop other hard working americans from being screwed over like i was.The only way i will stop posting is you get my contract broke with ipayment at no cost to me and i want everything in black and white and i'll put up a new post telling everyone you corrected the problem and also the bbb, and this stuff will stop but not untill. So keep writting and i'll keep bad mouthing this so called company were everyone sits in one big room like a circle jerk.

The standard requirements so get funded is to be doing over 2ooo.ooo in credit card sales monthly and over 15 transactions per month. All your processing rates for the most part were lowered, and it is your responsibility to cancel your previous processor. Again read what you have signed please.

this individual was told of the requirements and did not meet them, therefore he was not eligible for funding, the company did it's best as always. The company is not miracle workers, they try there best.
