In response to thes complaint, We do appolagize for the miss communication it is truly not our intention to miss lead any of our merchants As for the merchant should have read what they had signed and verbaly agreed to on a tape recording.On the agreementthe merchant signs in 2 places and initals in 1 other spot on the agreement stating that the merchant is aware of the lease for the equipement that is needed to process credit cards, as we stated above Merchant lynx services also does a recorded voice authorization with the merchant confirming that said merchant understands that they are in a new lease, These tape's are held in a vault in our data base. A lot of times merchants have buyers remorse but unforunatly (as in buying anything with a lease) thier is a process, when a merchant signs an agreement and leases something and thier are other partys involved, we must follow through with the agreement. "Legally" We will be more than happy to assit the merchant in reviewing thier rates and showing a savings and doing what we can to fix any issues.

AS AN UPDATE TO THIS SITUATION MR. RHEE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME AND WE ARE PROGRESSING WELL . THE PROBLEM IS GETTING RESOLVED AND HE IS MAKING GOOD WITH MY EXPENSES AND IS GETTING ME OUT OF THE LEASE. IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES I WILL UPDATE MY REPORT.
