Merchant Lynx Services Still Waiting for a phone call back & payment of over charges over six months ago! Canton Georgia
We have contacted customer service approximately 48 times in the past six months and have never had a manager respond to multiple voice mails. We have demanded time and time again to speak to a manger, and have always been transferred to a voice mailbox. When we have actually spoken to a human being, they responded numerous times stating they will look into the situation, and again, never got back to us with a solution.
How hard is it for a manager or the customer service representative to actually do their job? Merely a phone call back with our account in front of them I guess is asking too much. Being in the customer service industry, I find it hard to understand that a phone call cannot be made. If I were to do this in my industry, I would not have a job.
This company is unethical, and if you are thinking of using them, think again, the other company may be more expensive, but they will treat you better!
