merchant lynx services BEWARE!!!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE LOOSERS DENNIS BRUNEAU ANTHONY,EVETT ALISHA PAT NIKKI JANET RICK HARGROVE BRIAN SAID THEY WOULD PROVIDE MERCHANT SERVICES FOR CREDIT CARD AND DIDNT PROVIDE ADDIQUET EQUIPMENT AND WOULD NOT CORRECT IT. LAKELAND Florida
December 7th we met with Rick Hargrove a known friend representing Merchant Lynx service for our credit cards. He said he could save us money on our credit card processing. When it came to it it wasnt much of a savings but we signed because we felt like we were doing business with someone in our community. He left a couple of days later a man brought the equipment for the sevice to be used through and we were unable to balance out daily work on current machine and he said it was best to wait till next day. haveing hooked machines up before we said dont worry we can do it. When we went to hook machine up we noticed they did not send a pen pad and we process alot of debit cards and wouldnt be able to do that with out pen pad. So we started calling everyone promised to correct situation but no one did after many many many calls to service dept salesmen supervisors. we even got a call from a girl asking us how we liked the service and when we told her she promised to sent it next day. It never came, come to find out they dont do next day service. so anyway then they promised it mon befor xmas that didnt happen so then we call mon befor new yearsthat didtnt happen. so afte newyears we thought they would get caught up they didnt so then we said get rid of machine pick it up you breached contract I had to put numerouse stop payments on our account or close it . I finally shipped machine back with a gift card return address and they excepted it. H Ha ha But the last laugh was on me cause they changed the name on the draft to the bank cuasing the charge to go through and my bank wouldnt reverse it. BEWARE RIPOFF Why didnt i google it to see how many complaints were filed????
