Merlin Muffler, Batavia IL Screwed up a job and don't back their work Batavia Illinois
I have brought car there for YEAR but lately that has been a mistake, as this place has really gone downhill. The straw that broke the camels back was they installed a radiator and messed the job up big time. Not only was it leaking but I damaged the fan. Even though they did the damage they would not make good on it. The GM would not even call me back, she had one of the managers, Frank, call me. So not only do they not stand by their work they don't even have the courage to call a long time customer that has spent thousands of dollars on numerous cars. If you take your car there you get what you deserve and be ready to take it back for them to try to fix their work.
