Merrick Bank ripoff Draper Utah
I logged onto Nextcard like I always do to pay me and my husbands account. It directed me to Merrick Bank,I have not recieved any letters concerning this,So I was a bit confused.
I called them on the phone and they advised me they know own the nextcard accounts. I told them I have not recieved any letter advising me of this.So now I have to write a letter requesting the letter which is a major pain.
So, then I asked if there was a website I could go onto to make a payment,there isnt none. To avoid it being late (the due date was in 5 days) I inquired to do a payment by phone,which costs me $10.
I have not recieved any statements from this Merrick Bank,as a matter of fact I recieved a statement from nextcard like I always do. I really hope this company doesnt screw us over more.Or I'll just pay the whole thing off and wont deal with them.

Assuming that you are talking of Merrick Bank, located in Utah, there have been numerous public complaints regarding this institution.
If they said that they do not have a website where you can make payments, they apparently don't know about: www.merrickbank.com, which is their website.
The first item listed refers to Bill Payment.
The second item listed refers to NextCard customers.
