Merry Maids of Hanover Ma Misleading sales tactics Hanover Massachusetts
They quote you a price stating it could be minus or plus depending on the size of job. The job was not satisfactory and when notified them the agreed and said it was not acceptable. When we finished it ourselves they offered to send someone out. Explained it was already done. But still wouldn’t use their so called minus option. Also when I asked about the yellow and blue cars they did not correct me and tell me I had the wrong company. Nicole Boyd the sales manager would not give me a managers name or number when requested. Just said to call and ask for one. This is very bad customer service and they misrepresented the so called minus plus option.
