Metro Capital Consulting guaranteed a loan that I never recieved!!! Rip-off! Lafayette Colorado
I was contacted by this company named Metro Capital Consulting stating that I had been approved the the loan that I had applied for (at that time I was looking for a personal loan on-line, I assumed that another company had referred my name and information to Metro Capital). I was told that I needed insurance to secure the loan since I have filed bankruptcy. I asked to have approiate paper work faxed to me.
I contacted the company that was supposed to insure the loan, API Insurance Company. I spoke to a woman named Gloira Sharpe and she confirmed the details. I was told to Western Union or Money Gram the money for the insurance which total under $1,000.00. I sent the money and called the representative at Metro Capital Consulting. The representative name was Heather Champion, she got the MTCN (money transfer control number) and told me that I would have my loan into my checking account by the next 2 business days.
I have not recieved the loan and I can not get in contact with Heather Champion. I leave messages and she does not return my telephone call. Do not send money to secure a loan, this is just a scam. I was ripped off by Metro Capital Consulting and API Insurance Company.
