I signed up to use the health club at the Sterling Heights Metro Family Fitness about 3 years ago for a two year membership. They have since closed the club and are now charging me month to month saying I have an automatic renewal clause in my contract, even though the club is closed they continue to charge. When I ask to speak to someone who can get this corrected I am told that there is no one else and that I need to pay them or they will report it to my credit report. I have spoke on the phone, emailed and even texted asking for a copy of the contract and the information of a contact person I can speek to.
