I use to work for Adam and wanted to tell people a thing or two before you have Metro fence come out. I moved out of state to start my own restaurant business and left Metro Fence back in 2011. Owning a restaurant business and offering quality food and taking care of my customers are my number one goal, so anything below that would bother me; this is why I wanted to write this review about (Adam) Metro Fence.

Here’s some good info for customers to think about first before you have Metro Fence come out.   

High reviews that you find with this company are just plain out bogus.  They claim to offer such “great work”, but the owner ADAM is just your typical Hudson/New Port Richey drug addict trying to make a quick buck. Yea, he might be cheaper than most companies out there, BUT he orders cheap china fencing and presents a bogus booklet to customers during a quote claiming that his fence is “USA” made and offers a “lifetime warranty” on the fence. This is bogus by all means. The fence you see on the back of his truck when he comes out is NOT what you will be getting. Your fence might look pretty once they get done putting it up, BUT give it about 2-6 months and you will start to see the fence sag and gates bow in. WHY? Because the fence is very cheaply made, along with them not using concrete on any of the post or gates for reinforcement! This is on another compliant about Metro Fence on ripoffreport.com (not using concrete or reinforcement).  I asked Adam once why he doesn’t use concrete on the fencing post or gates, his response were “to make more profit from the job and to get the job done quicker.”

Good luck with your “One year Labor Warranty” from Metro Fence. I remember several calls that came in from customers complaining to Adam about their fence not holding up correctly. Once Adam got off the phone with one customer, he stated “I already put your fence up lady and got your money, it’s your problem now…not mine”. This explains why it is so hard to get a hold of Adam; he will run with your money if you let him.

I could go on and on, but I think this pretty much sums it up about Metro Fence and there “great high rated company”. There are plenty of quality fence companies out there that offer a legit warranty and that are with the BBB.

I'm sure Adam will come on here to try and cover his tracks like he usually does on negative reviews about him, but I wouldn't believe a word he says.

Do yourself a favor…LOOK ELSEWHERE! DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE “QUALITY WORK” AND CHEAP PRICE THEY OFFER.

I used this company 6 years ago, my fence still looks great and is standing solid. I was looking up complaints on another company and was thinking about another fence job and just happen to look Metro up as well

Now I will call Metro to come do another fence

All of our reviews are legitimate, sounds like you are mad that you were fired for not doing your job correcty. Hope your restaurant business is doing well!
