Metro Mitsubishi Poor Customer Service & Dishonesty Halifax Nova Scotia
I visited Metro Mitsubishi on Oct 08, 2013.
My wife and I tested a Mitsubishi RVR GT and enjoyed the ride.
When we asked for the price of RVR SE and GT, the agent (Stephen Corkum) provided a number. When we asked him for a quote with detailed price he refused to give us one. He said "unless you have a deposit or credit card ready to go through the deal I can not give you a copy of the quote."He asked me to make an offer but he won't give us the quote.
I was amazed how these people do business. These day you can ask for quote even to buy a pen. My wife and I were disapointed with their attitute and decided to go to the Mitsubishi Delar in New Brunswick.
