Metro Motor Sports, Bill Jeffery scam, dishonest, fraudulent billing! Ripoff Glendale Arizona
I had a friend who went to MM to purchase a motorcycle (Cr250) and the sales guys told him that they couldnt finance the bike unless he put $1,000.00 down on it. Well my friend didnt have the cash to do that so he told them it he didnt want to do the deal. They proceded on by telling him they could just say that he put the money down and everything would be taken care of. He didnt go home with the bike that day but about a month later he gets a bill in the mail for the bike (his first months payment)
He decides to call them and find out whats goin on since he didnt even have the bike. They tell him that he needs to come pick it up since he bought it. So him and I drive down there and (Bj) "the guy in charge" in sales office looks over at us and says "so your back to pick up the bike?" and my friend tell him yeah sure.. they Bj says " well give us our money(the $1000.00) and take it, if you dont have it get out of here I don't want to play F***ing games." so my friend and I walk out empty handed and confused. He never picked up the bike, He did recive a few more bills in the mail for it though.
As a side note I have personally experianced bad customer service and heard many other horror storys from the motorsports companys.
