Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought a truck from metro motors and it broke down 10 MILES FROM THE LOT!! cost me $2500 on a $3400 truck. they told me the only way they could give me the advertised price was if I bought it as is. most car lots in this situation would choose to do the right thing to save there reputation, but these guys don't care. I'm sure there reputation is pretty much ruined already. I'm not the first person they have done this to. I found plenty of other reports just like mine on the web.

they took over 40 days to mail me the tittle, anything over 30 is illegal

they published a false testimonial on there site with my name on it saying I was happy with the deal!

this place should be shut down.

When you buy a used vehicle you buy its problems as well. Now if your a savvy buyer then you would have gotten in writing that any repairs are to be taken care of by the car company. But you didnt and you dont have a warrenty so theres not much you can do except try and sue. But if they have your signature on ANY form that states your purchasing the car as is then you will have not only lost the case but the opposing attorneys legal fees.

Yes it sucks, but im sure for you a lesson learned. As for complaints on the web, really?? Thats what you are going off of. Listen any d****ebag with a computer or smartphone can post whatever they like online, even if its lies. Do yourself a favor and only reguard these posts as 1/3 of the story. If you put ANY stock into complaints online then youre even stupider then the ppl who posted it.

If your title was hung up by paperwork such as it took a full 10 days to finish processing your paperwork, then they delay would be understandable. Not illegal when its a issue outside of the sellers control. As for your "testimonial" does it have your last name?? Or is it like most testimonials where they give a first name and the first letter of the last name. If thats the case, did you ever think that theres someone else out there with your first name and made a similar purchase?

When ever anyone reads one of these complaint posts, one has to play devils advocate and try and see ALL sides of the story not just the "boo waaa" of a poster. All sides NEED to be considered or else your nothing but a slave.

How Much Do You Get Paid?

You go out and work for a living and in turn, you are paid for the work you perform.  What if the boss asked you to work seven days a week for the next six months for no pay?  What you did is AGREE to buy a used car "as is".  What does that mean?  Did you read the disclosure?  It means any and all repairs ARE ON YOU.  You did not buy a warranty, so why would you expect warranty service for free?  Do you work for nothing?  You say they have a bad reputation.  If so, why did you go there?  No, I don't work for them.
