i set up phones for my wife and i at metro pcs, after spending virtually the day in the store, and having our numbers ported over . we paid the guy and we were off. after going out to eat i realized my phone wasnt going off. so i checked it . well the cell phone guy never put the sim in it!!!! so i go to the store, ask him about my sim card , and he put it in....well overnight i couldnt get my phone to charge . and my wife was having troubles with her phones sim as well. i take the phones back to the store, have the cell phone guy recheck her phone and sim , no biggie. BUT my phone however is broke. but no explainations as to why, and i just bought the phone, and this was all in a 24 hour time frame. i explained to the guy that this should be a done deal . i buy a phone ,pay my bill, my phone works !!! the guy replied no you'll get a loaner phone and i'll have to go to another place to pick up my loaner, or get my money back , and i have a day to port out my number or i'll lose it. i said why you sell me a lemon then ??? so i drove to the other metro pcs store to speak with frank. i get the same options,or my money back, my wife went in , and mind you these guys were rude and crude, and they seemed to enjoy ripping off people. in fact,one lady went in. just bought the phone to her charger being broke out the box, but charged her $24 dollars . this was a horrible nightmare, and i wanted you all to know
