If anyone finds a live person to speak with about a complaint, please post it so that others may use it. Metro PCS knows how lousy they are, and therefore do NOT want to hear from anyone, so they purposely devise their automation so that you'll never get a live person on the phone to assist with a complaint!! If Metro PCS evers reads this posting....I DARE YOU to post a "real" phone number to contact in which a "live" person will answer!! You won't do it because you know HOW SORRY YOU ARE!!! You're Despicable!!! METRO PCS IS GOING UNDER!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!!
