Metro Pcs Paula V, Brian Lisa Sold me a 49.00 phone for 99.00 and put on the reciept 49.00 for the phone and 50 dollars for the case. A 5.00 phone case that was supposed to be free with the purchase of the phone. The LG optimus L70 is selling for 49.00 in all Metro stores in Florida and this store is ripping people off charging 99.00 for the phone. New Port Richey Florida
I went into the Metro PCS store located on 6633 US highway 19 North in New Port Richey Florida on September 13, 2014 at approximately 11:00 am. I went into the store asking for the LG optimus F6 or the LG Optimus L70 and I was told that there were none in stock. I was being taken care of by Paula V. and she told me there were none available and showed me three phones that were supposedly 80.00, 99.00, and 99.00. (they had no phones displayed in the store)
Paula sold me the phone saying it was 99.00 and came with a rubber casing. She rang up the sale as 49.00 for the phone and 50.00 for the rubber case, she charged me an additional 15.00 for the upgrade from my old phone to the new phone. When I arrived home I realized how the receipt read and called the store immediately and was told that the phone was in fact 99.00 and it was on the receipt like that so that I can get the case free. I called other Metro Pcs stores only to find out that all of the stores had the phone for 49.00. One of the store managers asked me to come in with the receipt to show the fraud and agreed that I was robbed for 50.00 by Paula V. He called the store in question himself and was also told that the phone was 99.00 so he printed out the price on the phones and told me to file a formal complaint and to dial 611 on my phone and report the fraud. I have never been so disgusted with the employees of this franchise. I am planning on leaving this phone service soon
