My experience with metro pcs has been a complete hassel and very time consuming as a customer. They have turned off our service when our bill had been paid in advance and in trying to resolve the issue the owner Chad Thomas became very frustrated and tryed to pass the buck by sending myself and other customers to the location where the bill was paid. i was expressing my concerns about this company to another customer who was having the same problem I was having and Chad demanded that I do not speak to anyone in his store and that he would not help me if I did so... I proceeded to ask that he help me first since I was there long before anyone else and he said I should shut my mouth again!!! Prior to his frustrations he was on the phone with someone named Michelle and he kept telling her he would call her back and then would say this again about 3 or 4 more times then finally hung up with her.

I felt as if whatever problem he was having with Michelle he took out on me and all I did was wait patiently and said a few words to the other customers in regards to billing issues. I then told him i refuse to be treated this way and I would like to talk to the manager, he said he was the owner and to get the f**k out of his store. I was absolutely amazed if you could imagine. Never have I experienced such rudeness from a buisness I have ever been a customer to. I don't know who to take this complaint to since there are no numbers or customer service reps to speak to. If you call their 611 # it is all automated help. My bill has been paid and I have receipts and yet still no service and no one to help in this matter.
