So let me get this right, you walked into a cell phone store and tried to sell someone your cellphone? Then the employee told you that you need to leave and you refused and you told him that you would just sell it to the guy outside. Again you are asked to leave but refuse and ask for their information. Finally you are asked to leave again for the third time and do. If we are to believe your story you were in the wrong and the employee overacted. I don't believe much of what you wrote and I think you were in all likelihood aggressive and confrontation as well. Especially when you write stuff like "I would gladly but I am a licensed professional and am not getting in trouble for this nonsense" " If I was black, I am sure a mouthload of racial slurs would have come out of his mouth resulting in a nice lawsuit for you."

Please bear in mind that this person is as connected to MetroPCS as a gas station attendant is connected to the oil company - franchised. Please address your complaint toward the appropriate channel!
