metropcs/billmatrix made unauthorized debitsto my bank--not a customer of company! richardson Texas
recieved text alerts from bank service on may 11,2013 company metropcs did a balance inquiry followed by 2nd debit of $4.01 followed by 3rd debit of $3.43 then 4th debit of $2.05. called metropcs who was clueless and unable to help...called company billmatrix of which customer service rep was quite rude and read me the company history of what they do.then informed me a turn around time of 30 days to recieve refund after investigation story.i just wanted to follow up on whom was using my infiltrated debit card? i have notified my bank since i believe this is leading up to something bad.
