MGR Freight RD Expeditied Stay as far away as possible, very childish Summit Illinois
Was told by recruiter, that MGR's deductions where $800 a month for trailer(which you are required to pay for all maintance on it), $800 a month for cargo liabilty ins and $176 for occ ins, which isnt a choice if you want it. You have to have it. Got to orientation and started to fine out that was just the start of all the deductions. $700 if you quit before 90 days. Loose your $2500 escrow(which they take out weekly what they want to) if you dont give a 2 weeks notice they take it. Thw 88% they tell you that you will be getting paid is 88% of broker freight. If you dont have what the need on the BOL that start charging you. I didnt go there to give them money but to make money. In 30 yrs of driving the first time I ever walked out of orientation and never came back. After I left the bugged me and bugged me. When I didnt give them the answer they wanted to hear, the called me childish and unprofessional. I did keep up to my obligations and I told them I never signed there paperwork or their lease contract. So I asked them what obligation and never got an answer. I read the ripoff reports about this company and told my recrutier my concerns. He said they wasnt true and other recruiters post those reports. You are not allowed to have a rider in your own truck, they wont allow it. A driver from Ca, working for an owner operator, came to orientation with his son in his 30's. The told him that his son had to find a ride back to Ca, that he was allowed to go back with his father. That showed me they are not family oriented. IT IS ALL ABOUT THEM AND NOT THE DRIVER!

All of your accusations are false. There are guidelines for escrow. They dont just take what they want. They work with you to make sure your making money and sometimes dont even collect escrow. Its taken based on your check and never exceeds $300 at one time and at the end of the day its to help you out not for them to keep. Seems like the only people who complain are the lazy drivers. How hard is it to give a 2 weeks notice? The rule is simple, give 2 weeks gets ur escrow back. Whats hard about that? As for the paperwork that another stupid claim. You have been a driver for 30 years and you dont know how to keep up with paperwork? Maybe you did the company a favor then in walking out.
