The NFL and the Miami Dolphins announced that a long awaited gome between the Dolphins and the New Your Giants in 2007 is going to be played in London instead of Miami. Please note that the Giants have only played in Miami 2 times and there are a lot of New York natives down here.

This is a rip off to loyal season ticket holders for the following reasons:

1. The NFL released a scheduling format the states every NFL team will play in every teams "home stadium" at least once by 2009.

2. Season ticket holder policy states that season ticket holders get individual game tickets before they go on sale to the public. The NFL sold 40,000 tickets in London before offering a single ticket to a season ticket holder. Tickets to the London game is being billed as a Miami Dolphins "home game" even thogh it is a neutral site. By calling this a "home game" the Miami Dolphins have obligated themselves to honor the contract between season ticket holders.

The Dolphins are hyping the Giants as a "home game" to entice new potential season ticket holders. Look at the way it is being spun. Promising to deliver a product to paying customers and than selling that product to others is false and unfair.

The bottom line is we were promised this game. We were guaranteed getting tickets if we became season ticket holders. Now they decide to make it impossible for us to use the tickets even if we buy them or we will have to spend thousands of dollars on airfare, hotels, lost wages, and taxi fares to see this rare opportunity to see the Giants play the Dolphins.
