On May 10 I saw an advertisement about a wig maker to the stars, having a sale on wigs. I shot him a email because I knew he had to be professional.... he made wigs for stars. Well this goes to show you that people who seem to have a lot still will rip you off just because they can. He responded the same day informed me that shipping was $ 10.00. He told me he would over night me the wig if I paid that night. This was great as I was going on a study abroad trip soon and wanted to take this wig. On the 11th he kept saying my payment was pending. .. I didn't really know anything about the cash app so I was like bet !! I paid with my debit card so I don't believe the transaction was pending. By the 16th I was concerned because I was leaving. I emailed him and told him my situation. He said oh it's already been mail I forgot to send your tracking. I then realized he just took me for like 350. What a horrible thing to do. I have asked him since for a rerun sent a money request. I was out of country so I couldn't cancel my card which was the next step as far as my bank was concerned and cash app wasn't any help. This man is a criminal. I'm on a limited income and that was all I could save. What kind of man does this
