May of 2008 niket kulkarni narayan advertised an investment opportunity with his partner michael bleu garner. The investor was needed to invest in Hoover Street Studios previously known as paragon studios in garden grove ca. they exposed a plan in place made it all seem very real with documentation notarized and hiring of two employees etc. immediately after they received two payments totaling 40000 they fired one of the just hired employees and started to utilize the second employee in tasks which had no relationship to the recording studio. But when it became very obvious that their intentios were different was when michael blue garner buys a custom motorcycle and switches direction time and resourses from the recording studio to a cannibis dispensing company called villageflora. In my attempt to recover the 40000 invested in the studio I agreed to purchase 75 % interest on the recording studio. They agreed and had their attorney donald g. walker from 99 elm av in larkspur ca 94939 draft a purchase agreement. The purchase agreement was executed donald g walker witnessed it and i deposited 10000 into donald g walker trust account. One day after the deposit donald g walker text ed me to inform me that he was no longer working on this case. i called his cell phone numerous times but he refused to pick up. INVESTORS BEWARE these 3 bottom feeders are out there and are very good at their art of scamming people. michael blue garner and niket kulkarni narayan claim to have important titles such as banker licenses and securities brokers. these last two roam around craigslist setting up hooks for their future victims. The areas they frequent are orange county, sacramento, los angeles.

I worked side by side with Michael Shepherd aka Michael Bleu Garner, he has the devils tounge and claims to be this big honest ***. He is currently the active VP with Green Solar Technologies in 6400 Laurel Canyon Blvd. #400, North Hollywood. He is now scamming honest home owners and hard working employees out of there money along side the owners Shay Yavor And Nikki Zvik. Michael states he is a financial advisor and could help anyone out by making a lot of money, and that at one point he was a millionaire but the feds took his money and Medical Marijuana businesses. Michael states he still owns the businesses and only leases them out now, but he only has Marijuana on his pay days, he owns nothing, he fabricates everything in his life to make himself look successful and trust worthy. I seen the signs from the beginning but I thought Solar alone was a good industry for me, come to see though even with a business in a bank building your still a fraud. I was the Field Training Manager, I was told to lower my employees commission so that Michael can get paid more, he would throw his name on deals so he would get paid not the person doing all the hard work, then fire them or just never pay them and make up an obscene lie. Green Solar Technologies has changed their company name several times and had a licensed contracted number under there contracts name since the owners have been revoked, Michael also claims to have his sales license but I could not find anything under his real name or fake name. I believe everything I have read about Bleu I have since it for myself, I have emails texts and plenty of documents to show how shady Michael and the company is. I have already went through the labor board and contacted an attorney. I am saddened that I helped this company fraud and scam honest good hard working people. If Bleu amd GST is reading this you should be ashamed of your selves and someone will be putting an end to your company soon.

All three of the men named in this report are DEFINITELY SCAM ARTISTS. I was conned out of 25k from bleu, I let the man stay in my house treated him like family only for him to shut off his phone and disappear. be weary of this man as I am sure he is using a false alias and name Bleu Michael Garner. He sometimes goes by Michael sometimes by Bleu. All totaled he took me n my partner for close to 40k. If anyone knows his whereabouts please contact me at (((phone number redacted))). Bleu if you read this I urge you to contact me before the wrong people contact you- I was nothing but good to you. this happened back in 2009

Hello My name is Eric J. (Music Man)
I was an Audio Engineer and equipment tech at Hoover street studios and Viral Productions from 2001-2011. I was asked by Legal not to comment about this terrible and false statement made about Bleu Garner and Hoover Street studios. I guess legal was trying to get justice for Bleu threw the Legal system. This website is a the real scam as far as I can see.
I don't work at Hoover Street Studios anymore and have no contracts binding me to Hoover Street or Viral Anymore. I felt someone should speak out the real truth about Bleu Garner for him and his Teams Behalf.
1st Bleu Garner is a Brilliant Executive and one of the best Producers in Entertainment. I watched him for almost a decade create and execute many projects with huge budgets in the millions and never seen a problem with $$$ ,payroll , A/R ,Labels etc.etc "ANYTHING". The real truth is we all made a good living under Bleu Garners Guidance.
Last Matt B was Bleu's General Manager and the only partner Bleu ever had. Me and the other 30+ employee's were close with admin and Bleu it was common knowledge who owned the Studio, Bleu!
Im a prop 215 patient and thought it was very low class to try and blast Bleu's involvement in the Medical Marijuana Industry. Yes Mariachi Man "Ricardo" !!! Bleu does own multiple Marijuana Collectives and has owned them since the early 2000's. He was crucial in the the early and current times. Bleu Garner has organized many MM functions. I know Bleu started working on patient rights in early 2001-Present! Creating Medical Marijuana Campaigns that helped mold & create the current California Medical Marijuana Environment we all call Prop 215 Medical Marijuana.
I cant imagine 40k was anymore then the studio time and hired talent you wasted "Mariachi Man" . I'm sorry not all albums and projects make it. But the Studio/Engineer/Owner can not be held responsible. Bleu Garner is full of Integrity and I would trust my children with Bleu and his judgement.
